Our team just came back from the largest natural products food conference and trade show,Natural Products Expo West, where over 70,000 attendees come to see what new products their favorite brands are rolling out. We spent time on the floor with all of the Only Organic supporting brands and we’ve pulled some of our favorite products together to share with you today.

At the Stonyfield table we were greeted by a big green cow and a lot of lush green grass surrounding their new product, organic grass-fed yogurt. Milk from cows who graze naturally on fresh grass gives yogurt a rich and unique flavor. And like all Stonyfield products 100% grass-fed is organic, non-GMO and made without the use of artificial hormones.


The Nature’s Path booth is always delicious place to visit at Expo. Their newest product is called Qi’a (pronounced Kee-ah) and it is a superfood cereal from Nature’s Path. Perfect for getting the kids to eat some fiber, protein and ALA omegas.

At the Organic Valley booth we were introduced to samples of their new Mighty Bar. Organic Prairie, the brand of organic meats produced by the same farmer-owned co-op as Organic Valley, has launched Mighty Bar, the first certified organic 100% grass-fed beef meat snacks. Available in Cranberry & Sunflower Seed and Bacon & Apple, these organic beef bars deliver big flavor in a small, convenient package.


Late July was excited to share new packaging for their products as well as two new taco truck inspired tortilla chip flavors, Buffalo Queso and Sriracha Fresca. Late July chips are made with organic, non-GMO corn and topped with delicious flavor combinations. We even took a peek inside the awesome Late July Taco Truck! Annie’s Homegrown rolled out a tasty new member of their snack family! Meet the new Organic Really Peely Fruit Tape! These aren’t available on their site yet but check back here to find out when they’re releasing.


Happy Family has a lot to be happy about! Their newest organic pouch product, Clearly Crafted. A Happy Baby product that proudly shares stories about the people and places they trust to grow their yummy organic ingredients. Their new clear packaging lets you see each delicious recipe, in all its organic glory.


Dr Bronner’s had an amazing display and new packaging advocating for a living wage: fair pay for all people. The team had this to share about their advocacy work. “Today’s federal minimum wage of $7.25 per hour is decades out of date: in terms of purchasing power, its value is 33% lower today than it was in 1968. While profits and productivity have soared for American corporations, most workers have not shared in those gains. 41 million U.S. workers find it hard or impossible to afford rent and other basic necessities. In no state can a person working full-time at minimum wage afford a one-bedroom apartment at fair market rents. The solution is a living wage! A living wage means that workers who work 40 hours a week are able to afford basic: housing, food, utilities, transportation and health care – what everyone needs for good quality of life. More states and cities around the U.S. are raising the minimum wage, as lawmakers realize that basic necessities are beyond the reach of many.” Learn more about their Living Wage campaign here.
