U.S. organic sales reached a record $76.6 billion in 2025, up 6.8% from the previous year, according to an Organic Trade Association report. “In a time when there’s a lot to be discouraged about in our industry, this gives us hope,” said Mallory Cochrane, Oregon Organic Coalition executive director.
